Replacement Guarantee

7 day replacement guarantee no matter where you are in Australia

No matter where you are in Australia if you find you have any fault with your laptop within 7 days of your purchase we will have it picked up and a replacement will be sent to you if the fault is within the manufacturer's guidelines for replacement.

All laptops come with a manufacturer 7 day replacement guarantee on the laptop if it has either a defect, or any other fault that meets the manufacturer's warranty replacement information that is supplied with your purchase or advertised on the manufacturer's website.

If you find any part that has any defect, please contact us immediately on 08 9536 8500 or submit the information through our contact page.

Please check your laptop before you load any personal software. A replacement will not be done if we find out that the fault is software related not from the original software that was pre-installed on your machine (full charges including delivery may occur).

Any problems that occur after the 7 days replacement guarantee then please enter in the details below stating the problem so we can organise your repair with the manufacturer. Please remember where possible to mention your tax invoice number or order number.
