Do you supply the warranty or does the manufacturer?

How long do I have to wait for my items to be delivered?

The answer to this question depends on what freight option you have chosen and what item it is that will be delivered. Please see our delivery times and costs page - Click Here

Most payment options take only 1 day to go through (except for payment by cheque or postal order) so, as most items are in stock, then your order will be within 1 to 2 days after your payment (custom built laptops or modifications to some models can take extra time). Please allow a longer delivery time if your delivery address is in the country or in a remote area.

Will my item be safe when it is delivered?

Every item on our website is covered by insured delivery. You are emailed a consignment note number to track your delivery online.

Your insured delivery is by well known and trusted freight companies throughout Australia who take great care and pride in getting your parcel to you safely.

When your item is delivered you need to sign for it. If you are not going to be at your delivery address for that day of delivery then you can let us know or the freight company so they can arrange another delivery date. If the driver finds that you were not at the delivery address on the time of delivery then you will be left a card to contact the freight company and your item will be taken back to the freight depot to either pick up or arrange another delivery time.

Am I committed to proceed with my order if I go through the check out?

You are only committed if you pay for your item. If you have sent through an order confirmation and we find that after a day you have not gone through with your order, then we reply to you by email or give you a call with a friendly reminder.

If you decide to change or cancel your order, then please reply by email with the order confirmation that you have received or give us a call during business hours on 08 6461 6836 or 1800 450 516 (for country callers and interstate).

Is it safe for me to go through the check out?

The check-out and order process is protected by GlobeCharge.

Their patented fraud protection system ensures the secure transfer of your shopping data.

All your personal and payment data is entered on secure pages and transferred using high grade SSL encryption to protect your data from being intercepted during the transfer on the Internet. As soon as your payment for this order has been approved, your payment details will automatically be deleted from the secure servers.

The SSL certificate which protects this transaction is supplied by Digicert, Inc.

What is the process to go through to the check out?

As you go through our check out you will go through different stages before you commit to your order or pay for it automatically depending on your payment option.

After you click on go to checkout from your shopping basket you will go through to selecting your delivery option. Some items have no freight charge yet other items do, so please select the appropriate option for where your delivery needs to be sent.

You then click on secure checkout which will go through to the secure site by GlobeCharge.

Step 1. Select your payment option which can be either bank transfer, cheque, postal transfer, BPAY, Visa, MasterCard or by PayPal.

Please note: payments made by Visa, Mastercard, or by PayPal incur an additional charge of 1.5% of your total. This will be automatically calculated when you go through the check out process.

Any items purchased by credit card must be delivered to the address on your final payment receipt and cannot be delivered to a different delivery address, PO Box or selected for pick up from our nominated wholesalers.

You enter in your name and delivery details as all items have insured delivery and need to be signed on delivery.

There is also a section for special instructions only if required and if you need to make the purchase under salary sacrifice and you then click on review secure order at the bottom of that page.

Step 2. You will be asked to please review your order by checking the totals and delivery details. You then click on send order at the bottom of the page.

Step 3. If your payment option was by either bank transfer, cheque, postal transfer, BPAY or BPAY by credit card then you will be redirected out of the secure site and back to our website thank you page.

After a short while you will receive an order confirmation by email and we receive a duplicate of your order confirmation and we then email you your final tax invoice as a pdf file when your payment has gone through for your order.

If your payment option was by either Visa, Mastercard or by PayPal then you will be asked to fill in your payment and you are then redirected out of the secure site and back to our website thank you page.

After a short while you will receive an order confirmation and a receipt of payment by email and we receive a duplicate of your order confirmation and receipt of payment and we then email you your final tax invoice as a pdf file.

What is my proof of purchase?

All orders are done through the secure checkout and you receive an order confirmation with an order number. If you are paying by credit card then your confirmation order number will be with your receipt of payment. This is then transferred onto your final tax invoice and sent to you as a pdf file.

If your payment option is by either bank transfer, BPAY or BPAY by credit card then we suggest that you email us your receipt of payment and this will transferred onto your tax invoice and sent to you as a pdf file. When your payment has cleared we then email you your final tax invoice with payment made in full as a pdf file.

If your payment option is by cheque or postal transfer then we suggest that you email us your number code and this will transferred onto your tax invoice and sent to you as a pdf file. When your payment has cleared we then email you your final tax invoice with payment made in full as a pdf file.

Can I see the model before I buy?
