Replacement Guarantee

7 day replacement guarantee no matter where you are in Australia

No matter where you are in Australia if you find you have any fault with your laptop within 7 days of your purchase we will have it picked up and a replacement will be sent to you if the fault is within the manufacturer's guidelines for replacement.

All laptops come with a manufacturer 7 day replacement guarantee on the laptop if it has either a defect, or any other fault that meets the manufacturer's warranty replacement information that is supplied with your purchase or advertised on the manufacturer's website.

If you find any part that has any defect, please contact us immediately on 08 6461 6836 or 1800 450 516 (for country callers and interstate) or email 24 hours a day 7 days a week support@affordablelaptops.com.au.

Please check your laptop before you load any personal software. A replacement will not be done if we find out that the fault is software related not from the original software that was pre-installed on your machine (full charges including delivery may occur).

If you have to contact your manufacturer for any repair then please make sure you ask for a reference/case number during your phone call.

If you have to call the manufacturer back you can quote that number for your enquiry/repair.
